Care (carbon steel)
These knives are forged from carbon steel so they will rust if not looked after! Wipe with a damp cloth and dry straight away. A light film of food-safe oil now and then keeps things right. Don’t soak, and never dishwasher. A few gentle passes on a honing steel will keep the edges singing.
