This is more than just a course—it’s an immersive experience designed for those who want to create their very own stainless steel filleting knife or brisket BBQ knife. Day 1: Saturday (10 am - 2:30 pm)

Learn about blade theory, knife design, and the basics of stainless steel metallurgy.
Choose from a range of premium materials for your knife handle, including native timber and synthetic options.
Begin shaping your knife using grinders and hand tools, transforming a blank piece of stainless steel into an almost-finished blade.
Finish the day with heat-treating your knife, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.

Day 2: Sunday (10 am - 2:30 pm)

Add the finishing touches to your blade and handle.
Assemble your knife with precision, guided by Bruce.
Craft a custom-moulded Kydex sheath, making your knife functional and easy to transport.
